The lack of instructions regarding radiator settings caused some initial discomfort, leading to a slightly cool first night.

We had a fantastic stay at Little Cottage Wickham Market managed by Air Manage Suffolk. Despite the bad flooding in Suffolk, the agent was very understanding and made sure we arrived safely. The property itself was warm and exceptionally clean, with all the facilities we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and we enjoyed a delicious takeaway from The Bengal just a short walk away. The Simba style mattress ensured a great night's sleep!
The property could have been cleaner, as we noticed lots of mould in the downstairs bathroom and some cobwebs. The cooker top was also dirty.

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The property was incredibly well-maintained and beautifully presented, situated in a lovely market town. The agency and owner were super responsive and helpful, offering quick answers to all our questions. It was a relief to find good provisions for our small child. The location was perfect, and we loved enjoying the sun on the nice patio. The kitchen diner was wow! Spacious and equipped with all the cookware and kitchen utensils we needed. We also appreciated the smart TV and reliable wifi. The house itself was tastefully decorated and oh-so-comfortable, with clear instructions for everything. It was stocked with every facility we could possibly require – free parking, a warm and exceptionally clean space, and a fabulous Simba-style mattress that ensured we slept like babies. Plus, a bonus for not allowing pets or smoking on-site. All in all, a jaw-dropping experience!

Great location with a sunny patio and a spacious and well-equipped kitchen diner. The smart TV and reliable wifi were a plus.
Some cleanliness issues, including mold in the downstairs bathroom and dirty cooker top. Thin walls and the nearby church chiming throughout the night may disturb light sleepers.
